Do you provide International delivery?
Yes. We have an export license and can deliver internationally. We can also produce an SADC tax certificate for SADC countries exempt from tax.
What is your returns policy?
All our products carry a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with the product, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
How do I track my order?
Shipments in Gauteng will be delivered with our truck. We undertake to deliver most shipments in stock within 7-10 working days.. We will contact you and arrange a suitable date and time for your delivery.
How can I contact your couriers?
For national and international deliveries, we make use of courier companies. The tracking number and contact details of the courier company will be provided.
What are your delivery options?
You can opt to collect directly from our warehouse in Johannesburg or you can chose your preferred courier company to collect from our warehouse. We will assist with packaging where required.
